One of the best Life Sciences company is looking for an Accountant to be based in Petaling Jaya. Your new company This MNC company mainly develops and sells medical devices, consumables and services for use in laboratories worldwide. They are currently welcoming a bright Accountant to join their dynamic team! Your new role Responsible for end-to-end financial reporting aspects. Hands-on experience preparing full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR etc). Monitor and review regular tax return include GST, VAT to ensure compliance, Responsible for all aspects of Account Receivable, e.g., posting of incoming receipts, sending statement of accounts, AR aging review, revenue recognition and attending to queries on customer payments. Coordinate and compile periodic fixed asset confirmation to ensure fixed assets ledger reconciled with physical assets. What you\'ll need to succeed At least 5 years of working experience in Accounting & Finance related field. Preferably 2-3 years of external audit working experience. Possess academic degree in Finance or Accounting. Knowledge and understanding of IFRS with basic knowledge of taxation (CIT, VAT/GST & WHT etc).
