Accountant based in Melaka
About our client:
This company is a market leader in manufacturing industry. They are looking to hire an accountant to be based in Melaka to support the finance team.
Your key responsibilities includes:
- End-to-end finance reporting and accounting, including month-endd closin for the entity.
- Ensure alignment of local processes and controllership compliance
- Co-ordinate with Treasury for local treasury/banking requirements
- Support on audits, statutory reporting and tax
- At least a bachelor\'s degree in Finance/Accounting, and/or professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.)
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in scope involving financial reporting and accounting.
- Exposure in Manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance and non-finance)
