Job Description

Accountant:

- Verify and process expense applications

- Issue Invoices

- Review payment vouchers for suppliers and staff.

- Input data into accounting software

- Prepare VAT declarations and liaise with tax consultants on tax-related matters.

- Prepare payment documents.

- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

- Prepare Finance Report ( B/S, PL, GL)

- Prepare and review tax declarations and finalizations.

HR:

- Handle payroll calculations.

- Prepare and manage labor contracts.

- Manage C&B processes.

Admin/ License

- Supervise visa, work permit (WP).

- Company license renewal.

- Monitor contract renewals to ensure timeliness.

- Manage IT and office equipment (fixed assets and IT assets).

- Arrangement to ensure smooth operation at the office.

Sales Support:

- Newsletter

- Internal recruitment (With team member)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
