Assist in data entry for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Issue and process invoices, receipts, and payments
Reconcile bank statements and company expenses
Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
Support monthly closing and audit processes
Administrative Support
Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative documents
Assist with stock checks, petty cash handling, and office supplies
Liaise with vendors and clients on payment-related matters
Schedule meetings and support office coordination
Compliance & Record Keeping
Ensure documents are organized and comply with accounting standards
