Accounting Analyst I - Intercompany Accounting



Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of intercompany billings in compliance with US GAAP accounting requirement

• An accurate and detailed review of intercompany invoice processing including monthly P&L Flux analysis, inter/intra-companies country's local tax accounting, and withholding tax requirement

• Prepare manual journal as needed for related activity with adequate supporting documentation

• Complete assigned related account reconciliation in Blackline per established deadlines

• Respond to queries from local country finance in a timely manner

• Provide audit support as needed

• Ensure adherence of processes to the company's policies and procedures, internal and external audit requirements, and local rules and regulations, support strengthening of financial processes and controls

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and efficiently provide essential support services to the organization.

• Identify and make recommendations that optimize business processes and improve financial and internal controls and other business practices in alignment with LEAN and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirement & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or part qualified ACCA/CIMA/CPA or its equivalent

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting functions, with exposure in intercompany accounting would be an added advantage

• Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office and computerized accounting software, knowledge in SAP and Blackline system would be an added advantage.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills, diplomatic, flexible, and "can do" mindset

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, where necessary
