Job Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting or related field
Minimum One (1) Year of accounting working experience
Knowledgeable in basic double-entry transactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Familiar with accounting software (AUTOCOUNT)
Able to work independently and collaborate within a team
SST and e-invoice submission knowledge and experience are an advantage
Job Scopes:
Manage the daily company's payments, supplier invoices, and expenses
Process staff claims, salary advances, and company debit card expenses
Key in payment vouchers and update payment tracking in the accounting system
Assist in report preparation and bank reconciliation processes
Process SST submission
Carry out ad-hoc accounting or administrative tasks given by management
