\xc2\xb7 Setting up an accounting system (SQL) independently - e-invoicing implementation.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain effective internal accounting processes and procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain control over bookkeeping functions to include preparation and review of information posted to ledgers as needed. Input General Ledger entries and journal vouchers as required.

\xc2\xb7 Review and verify accounts payable input and output, and accounts receivable posting and billing, ensuring all are completed in a timely manner.

\xc2\xb7 Oversee accounts payable processes and payments.

\xc2\xb7 Checking and verify employee monthly claims.

\xc2\xb7 Perform or assist in performing balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close process.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare reports, verify Trial Balance, and run Financial Statements for management review.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all daily transactions are posted and updated in a timely manner and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all month-end financial accounting duties and all resulting financial reporting requirements are completed timely and accurately.

\xc2\xb7 Strong Computer skills including Excel, Word, Power Point and financial accounting systems.

\xc2\xb7 Perform or assist in yearly corporate audit.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains con\xf4\x80\x8f\x90identiality of sensitive information as appropriate.

\xc2\xb7 Carry out other duties as directed by the Accounting Manager and General Manager

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance

\xc2\xb7 At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

\xc2\xb7 Age range is below 38 years old

\xc2\xb7 Must be detailed oriented and knowledgeable in accounting system (SQL)

\xc2\xb7 Applicants with project accounting knowledge and experience are preferred
