How You'll Make an Impact

? In your role as the Accounting Service Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of the Accounting Service Centre in the region, which includes the following departments:

? General ledger and closing

? Esprit (Group reporting)

? Fixed Assets

? Bank and Cash

? Accounts Receivable

? Partner with the global process owner/competence center to provide accurate books and records and comply with global processes/standards

? You will act as a competent contact person for various inquiries relating to the overall running of the Accounting Service Centre and advise your team on accounting issues

? You coordinate closely with other departments, countries, regions

? Ensure the implementation and execution of new accounting regulations and internal controls for the entire Accounting Service Centre

? You act as a role model in projects for process optimization, harmonization, automation, digitalization and standardization

? You value effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

? Support quarterly and yearly external audit process by providing timely information and resolve queries from auditor qualitatively (if applicable for the assigned countries/legal entities)

? Implement, follow-up and continuously improve KPI's across all departments in the Accounting Service Centre

? Proactively identify service delivery issues and take appropriate action, promote performance improvement initiatives and use of best practices.

? Contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the overall Accounting Service Centre

What You Bring

? Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

? Education as professional accountant

? 7 plus years of experience in operational accounting

? 7 plus years of experience in running an Accounting Service Centre

? Finance leadership experience, with proven success in leading teams through change management processes

? Entrepreneurial mindset and eager to drive transformation

? People oriented and committed to drive personal growth of the team

? Strong written and verbal communication skills, with strong passion for organization, process improvement and structure

? Experience of working in truly multicultural working environment

? End-to-end understanding of business processes in ERP landscape (e.g. SAP FI, CO)

? IFRS and local GAAP accounting knowledge.

? Your open and communicative nature as well as fluent English skills complete your profile
