How You'll Make an Impact

? In your role as Team Lead- Fixed Assets (FA) you will be responsible to manage the day-to-day operations related to fixed asset, leased assets and CAPEX accounting activities, for example:

? Processing of Fixed assets (addition, disposal, depreciation, transfer)

? Reconciliation of accounts

? Instruction and monitoring FA Stock-Taking (physical count)

? Special valuation topics

? Lead the regional Accounting Service Centre Fixed Assets accounting team and partner with the global process owner/competence center to provide accurate books and records and comply with global processes/standards

? You will act as a competent contact person for various inquiries relating to your area of responsibility and advise your team on (fixed asset) accounting issues

? Review and manage comprehensive fixed assets activities

? Maintain and consult (local) Fixed Asset policies

? You coordinate closely with other departments, countries, regions

? The implementation and execution of new accounting regulations and internal controls - with focus on Fixed Assets - is part of your responsibility

? You act as a role model in projects for process optimization, harmonization, automation, digitalization and standardization

? You value effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

? Support quarterly and yearly external audit process by providing timely information and resolve queries from auditor qualitatively (if applicable for the assigned countries/legal entities)

? Implement, follow-up and continuously improve KPI's

? Proactively identify service delivery issues and take appropriate action, promote performance improvement initiatives and use of best practices.

What You Bring

? Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field

? Education as professional accountant

? 7 plus years of experience in operational accounting, specifically in fixed asset accounting

? Finance leadership experience, with proven success in leading teams through change management processes

? Entrepreneurial mindset and eager to drive transformation

? People oriented and committed to drive personal growth of the team

? Strong written and verbal communication skills, with strong passion for organization, process improvement and structure

? Experience of working in truly multicultural working environment

? End-to-end understanding of business processes in ERP landscape (e.g. SAP FI AA, CO)

? IFRS and local GAAP accounting knowledge.

? Your open and communicative nature as well as fluent English skills complete your profile
