What You'll Be Doing
Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers using our audit software, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Problem Solving: Assist customers with troubleshooting software issues, answering questions, and resolving problems efficiently.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Collaboration: Work closely with software developers and team members to identify and resolve software defects and bugs.
Compliance: Ensure all support provided aligns with auditing standards and best practices.
System Enhancement: Analyze support tickets and contribute valuable insights for system improvements.
Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing to maintain and improve software quality.
Who Are We Looking For?
Technical Aptitude: Candidates with a diploma and at least 2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with auditing and accounting principles is a plus, but not mandatory.
