Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Admin to support daily accounts and administrative functions. This role focuses on document handling, basic accounting support, and coordination with operations.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers Perform daily data entry into accounting system or spreadsheets Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records Assist in accounts payable & receivable tracking Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for documentation Support month-end closing and audit preparation

Requirements



Certificate / Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related field At least 1 year of admin or accounting support experience Basic knowledge of accounting principles & record keeping Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word Organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
