Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Admin to manage daily accounting and admin tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations and supporting general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

handle invoicing, payments and receipts monitor accounts payable and receivable ensure compliance with financial regulations and deadlines
Requirements:

At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in a similar role proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office strong attention to details and organizational skills Able to work with minimal supervision, sense of responsibility and work as a team player experience in a legal or professional services environment is an advantage
