Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:
Manage the full set of accounts and oversee overall accounting administration, including daily data entry for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare and complete monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations for key general ledger (GL) accounts.
Reconcile inter-company transactions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly management reports.
Handle HR-related tasks, including monthly payroll processing and leave reconciliation.
Update project progress reports for the recognition of revenue and costs for each project.
Perform monthly billing for printer rental and meter projects, and oversee related project management activities including asset deployment.
Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain office administrative functions, including office supplies, equipment, and general maintenance coordination.
Prepare and manage documentation, filing systems, and correspondence to ensure records are properly organized and up to date.
Support procurement activities such as obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, and verifying supplier invoices.
Assist in coordinating meetings, company events, and travel arrangements when required.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor and manage office expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
Support management in the preparation of internal reports, presentations, and administrative summaries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Skills, Experience, and Personal Attributes:
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Qualification in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or administrative roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with accounting software is an added advantage.
