About TCS Controls:

TCS Controls is a leading provider of advanced security solutions, including CCTV, Door Access, and Barrier Gates. We are currently seeking a dedicated Account cum Admin Executive to join our dynamic team in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Your New Role:

In this role, you will be handling a mix of accounting and administrative duties to support our growing team. You will play an essential part in maintaining smooth financial operations and office administration.

Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management & accounting reports (e.g., bank reconciliation, aging report, etc.). Timely data entry of transactions (e.g., journal voucher, payment voucher, and other business activity plans) to ensure smooth month-end closing. Prepare yearly statutory reporting. Issue sales invoices, debit notes, or credit notes to customers. Manage Accounts Payable by processing all received invoices and ensuring payments are made according to the approved standard payment schedule. Manage Accounts Receivable by ensuring payments are received on time and reflected in the accounting system without aged items. Manage cash flow through monitoring incoming revenue streams and outgoing payment schedules. Provide general office support, including managing staff claims, leave application records, staff attendance, and general staff support. Oversee the general upkeep of the office, including utility bills, pantry supplies, security, and general office cleaning. Manage, update, and upkeep inventory.

Qualifications:

Candidates with experience in handling full set accounts are highly preferred. Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Experience with SQL Payroll and SQL Accounting software is a plus. Strong analytical skills and comfort with accounting software. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred. Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll processes. Good communication skills and ability to multitask.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
