- Monitors Accounts Receivables and Payables and reconciliation of payments and accruals
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements include cash flow, profit and loss statement and balance sheets
- Inventory monitoring and management, including monthly stock take
- Issuance of invoices, monthly reconciliation of sub-ledger to general Ledger and preparation of inter-companies statement
- Responsible for monthly financial closing processes
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Perform accounting analysis
- Prepare tax agents for statutory reporting, compliance of tax filing and quarterly reporting to relevant parties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Work as a team member by sharing responsibilities, providing support and maintaining communication with colleagues on an effective and efficient basis
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Works well under pressure
- Experience in Accounting or Finance related field.
