Job Description


  • Collect and organize payment information related to owner transactions, tenant transactions, and maintenance charges.
  • Compile and prepare reports on rental collections, tenant runaway incidents, and applicable penalties.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all property-related financial transactions.
  • Communicate with internal operation departments, landlords, and tenants to resolve any discrepancies in payments or charges.
  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports related to property management as required.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to property transactions and payments.
  • Support the property management team with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure office environment are well-organized to maintain pleasant working environment.
