Requirement
  • Diploma in Accounts
  • SPM/STPM with similar working experience
  • Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Able to work independently and dateline driven

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
  • Codes and keys in all creditors\xe2\x80\x99 invoices and incoming credit notes to amend all errors and mistakes after checking by superior.
  • Keys in and checks debtors and creditors listing by ensuring total ASM ties to key-in and amend any mistakes.
  • Applies new AP Codes.
  • Retrieves invoices for payments once received the reconciliation.
  • Issues and keys receipts to amend all errors and mistakes after checking by superior.
  • Runs all RPT ASL after month end closing to be e-mailed for balance confirmation.
  • Prepares and arranges FCA payments.
  • Ties all Ocean Freight Creditors to Shipment summary.
  • Assists in preparing audit and tax schedules
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior.
Requirements
  • Minimum education level: Vocational
  • 1 year of experience
