Preferably 2+ years experience MYOB experience is an advantage Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for day-to-day finance, accounts and general administration tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare sales invoice \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare day to day book-keeping entries including cheques, payment vouchers, official receipts and petty cash transactions \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have accounting knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Update and maintain accurate accounting entries into the accounting system (MYOB) \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage proper documentation for record-keeping \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage client statement of accounts and update receipts upon request \xe2\x80\xa2 Issue cheque to supplier & manage company\'s expenses \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform some basic banking transactions \xe2\x80\xa2 General administration support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Diploma in Finance / Cost Accounting /Business Management or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably minimum 2 years of relevant working experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of the MYOB Accounting system will be an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in English \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multi-task and work under pressure \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office (EXCEL)
