Benefits Summary:

  • This is a full time permanent position
  • Basic Salary: RM3,500 - RM4,200 + Performance Bonuses

  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 8.45am-6pm, Saturday: 8.45am to 1pm (During probation, required to report work on alternate Saturday. After Probation, only need to report one Saturday a month)

** Our client, a reputable Multinational Logistics Company from Singapore that was established in 2008 and is growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking for a passionate Accounts cum HR Executive to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their Accounts and HR department and provide support to the Finance Manager. __
** Responsibilities:
  • Handle full set of accounts and reporting
  • Handle daily AP, AR, Treasury, and General Ledger functions
  • Prepare payments, invoices, bank reconciliation, documents, and letters
  • Ensure effective, timely and responsible communication via Email, Skype and What app to suppliers, customers, internal management, and staff
  • Handle HR duties included payroll, filter resumes, call candidates, and compute staffs\' sales commission
  • Prepare associate salary grievance, new staff, salary processing, bank, government correspondence, statutory remittance, and yearly tax compliance processes
  • Handle ad\xe2\x80\x93hoc duties as and when assigned by the management
__ ** Additional Information/ Requirement:
  • Minimum possession of a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Studies or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required
  • A good team player, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with accounting software
