Job Description

The Accounts Executive is responsible for producing and monitoring company financial statements and reports. Key Activities / Accountabilities

• Oversee month-end closing and financial reports preparation
• Coordinate monthly reviews of financial reporting activities
• Lead P&L analysis and provide interpretation of financial results and information for management review and decision making
• Provide support for the budgeting process
• Set up mechanisms and monitor cost and expenditures against budget
• Provide appropriate cost and related financial information and analysis for the purpose of RFQ/RFP
• Coordinate the activities of internal audit staff and external auditors and issues progress reports to management
• Maintain records of accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial reports.

Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Accounting.
• Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, CPA, MIA or its equivalents) is an added advantage
• Minimum three (3) years\xe2\x80\x99 related working experience.
• Familiar with business case study, cost and benefit justification and analysing company P&L.
• Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Working supportively as a team member and effectively as an individual
• Communicating effectively across functions and levels
• Proficiency in spoken and written English required. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
