Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Able to handle full sets of accounts, prepare monthly report (e.g., P&L, BS, Bank

Reconciliation, Stock Report & etc.).

2. Perform monthly & yearly closing on time and other audit schedules.

3. Handling account receivables & accounts payables transactions.

4. Liaise with internal staffs, bankers, government officers, auditors & tax agents.

5. Assist Accounting Manager in daily operation and other ad-hoc tasks.

6. Maintain and update financial databases and systems.

7. Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

8. To adhere to the company's Code of Conduct, regulations, and procedures.

Requirements:

1. A recognized Diploma/ Professional Degree (Finance/ Accountancy /Banking or equivalent)

2. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a similar function. Experience in working in

Manufacturing industry is an advantage.

3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

4. Ability to manage and adapt changes in fast pace work culture.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

6. Have experience in month end closing tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
