We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Accounts Executive

to support the Senior Account Executive in managing accounting and financial activities for our manufacturing business while gaining exposure to

full-set accounting

.

:

Accounting & Finance Operations

Support the Senior Account Executive in handling full sets of accounts

for both manufacturing and trading divisions.

Perform day-to-day accounting operations

including data entry, bookkeeping, and transaction posting.

Prepare bank reconciliations

, monitor daily bank balances, and manage company cash flow.

Perform monthly closing

and ensure timely, accurate financial and management reporting (weekly and monthly). Control expenditure by

reviewing purchase requisitions

and monitoring departmental spending.

Develop and perform costing analysis for manufacturing activities

to support cost-saving initiatives.

Assist in audit processes

, tax filing, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation and filing systems

(both digital and physical).

Financial Planning & Analysis

Conduct cash flow and financial status analysis

to provide insights for management decisions.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting

, and performance monitoring. Support applications related to government grants, approvals, and certifications.

Liaise with bankers and external parties

for financial documentation and transactions.

Requirements

Minimum

3 years of relevant working experience

preferred. Candidate must possess at least

Bachelor's Degree

/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Required Skill(s): Accounting Software, Bookkeeping, Microsoft Office
