• Possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Interior Design, business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years working experiences required.
• Able to speak and write fluent in Mandarin and English
• Have experience in preparing full set of account.
• Experience in construction account will be added advantage.
• Able to work independently
• Those can start work immediately will be added advantage.
• Experience in AutoCount Accounting System will be an added advantage
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle and monitoring Company full sets of accounts including updating and verification of ledgers, bank reconciliation, A/P, A/R, month end closing into accounting system with speed and accuracy and proper file all the related documents.
• Responsible for invoicing and payment processing.
• Ensure all accounting record are properly updated and reconcile in system.
• Assist to resolve issue internally and externally in regards of accounting issue to ensure the operation run smoothly.
• Liaise with auditor, tax agents, company secretary, government authorities and bankers.
• To monitor creditor\'s aging by ensuring the payments are up to date & accurate.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.
