The Role:

As the

Accounts Executive

at The Makeover Guys, you will be assisting with all finance related matters in the company. Your work will directly impact the finance efficiency. We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us!

What You'll Do:

1. Executive accounting transactions and bookkeeping within the Accounts Receivable & Claims function

2. Prepare and issue daily sales invoices

3. Communicate with internal stakeholders to obtain required information for invoicing

4. Liaise with relevant vendors and stakeholders (Malaysia and China) to ensure smooth handling of financial transactions and documentation

5. Process of staff claims and petty cash claims

6. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with finance policies

7. Assist with the preparation for external audit

8. Perform ad-hoc and other finance initiatives

Who You Are:

Interest or background in data entry/accounting/finance Attention to detail Fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese) is a must Positive attitude paired with a desire for transparency and openness Team player with ability to support other team-mates as and when required

Working Arrangement.

Hybrid. Work closely with our Finance Manager and Senior Account Executive.
