Job Responsibilities

:

Manage

full set of accounts

: GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, and journal entries. Prepare and review

monthly management reports

and financial statements. Monitor and manage company

cash flow

, banking activities, and payments. Handle

statutory submissions

: SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc. Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external authorities. Ensure accurate and up-to-date

accounting records & documentation

. Support

budgeting, costing

, and

variance analysis

activities. Oversee and reconcile

inventory and production costing

with warehouse/production teams. Assist in

year-end closing

, audit schedules, and tax matters. Continuously improve internal controls and accounting processes.

Job Requirements

:

Diploma/Degree in

Accounting / Finance

or related qualification.

2 to 3 years

of working experience in handling full set accounts. Experience in

manufacturing industry

is an advantage. Familiar with

Auto Count accounting software

. Good understanding of

SST

, audit, and financial compliance. Strong sense of responsibility, good analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
