THE ROLE: ACCOUNTS / FINANCE ASSISTANT
We're looking for a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive individual to help us manage the day-to-day finance and admin tasks that keep Flaaah running smoothly behind the scenes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Handle invoices, payment arrangements, and expense claims
Liaise with external accountants for monthly reports and filings
Maintain accurate records of sales and purchases
Support payroll preparation and staff claims
Use SQL or related systems to manage and track financial data
Assist with basic budgeting, reconciliations, and cash flow tracking
Keep internal financial documentation tidy, updated, and audit-ready
WHO YOU ARE
A numbers person with a love for order and accuracy
Familiar with basic accounting or bookkeeping processes
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar tools
Responsible, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines
A team player who communicates clearly and works independently when needed
Experience in finance or accounts is a plus, but not a dealbreaker
