Kelayakan

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling full set of accounts.

- Familiarity with Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks, or similar systems).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of engineering or consulting industry accounting practices is an advantage.

Tanggungjawab

- Handle full set of accounts, including journal entries, reconciliation, and financial statements preparation (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions such as invoicing, payments, and receipts.

- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards (MFRS).

- Manage tax filings, including GST/SST and corporate tax submissions, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.

- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and accounts receivable/payable reconciliations.

- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

- Review and monitor accounts for discrepancies, investigate and resolve issues as needed.

- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor queries.

- Provide support in managing financial data and contribute to strategic decision-making for company growth.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices.
