Job Overview:

The Accounts Intern will support the property management team in a variety of areas, including general ledger (GL) management, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, and travel to site offices as required (Properties that Knight Frank is managing). This role will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and knowledge in the accounting and property management industry. The Accounts Intern will work closely with experienced professionals to support the company\'s financial and property management objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in capturing of transactions on accounting system
• Prepare payment to supplier / service provider on timely basis according to the timeline given
• Prepare bank reconciliation and highlight any irregularities to respective Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager
• Issuing official receipt for collections
• Sending invoices to property owners / tenants
• Sending Statement of Accounts to owners / tenants
• Prepare reminders to defaulters
• Assisting the respective Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager in preparing the finance updates for monthly management report
• Filing of finance documents
• Assist the superior in other ad-hoc finance matters
• Travel to site offices as required to support the property management team and ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail oriented and able meet dateline
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and good problem-solving skills
• Optional: Possess own transport and willing to travel to site offices within Klang Valley
