As an Account Manager at our Data Analytics company, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their accounts and acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams. Your strategic insights and proactive approach will be instrumental in maximizing client value and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in the technology or data analytics industry.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
Tanggungjawab
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and needs to effectively position our data analytics solutions.
  • Account Planning and Strategy: Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions and services based on client needs and industry trends.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including data analysts, engineers, and consultants, to deliver projects on time and within budget. Serve as the client advocate within the organization, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Contract Renewals and Negotiations: Manage contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company. Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients to maintain satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key account metrics, such as revenue growth, client satisfaction, and project milestones. Prepare regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and refine our value proposition.
