About the Accounts Manager Role:
As the Accounts Manager, you will mainly be involved in handling the finance-related matters for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be involve in preparing of the forecasting and budgeting and managing internal control on SOX compliance
• Manage accounts receivable, payable and inventory function
• Improve accounting systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Increase the functional efficiency and provide guidance and coaching to junior staff
• Overseeing the daily operation of the accounting department
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management from time-to-time

To succeed in this Accounts Manager role, you must be a finance professional who is a fast learner with proactive working attitude, and good personality.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree, professional certificate in Accountancy or equivalent with a minimum three years\' experience in similar role, preferably within the same industry
• Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, law, and regulation
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office and SAP knowledge or similar ERP system
• An external audit experience will be added advantage
