Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain a comprehensive financial system in line with the headquarters\' accounting, auditing, and internal control requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and work well with subordinate in preparing yearly financial budgets, to ensure clear communication and reporting to headquarters and directors.

\xc2\xb7 Manage all accounting-related matters, including preparing periodic financial statements and reports. And oversee company\'s accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with relevant regulations.

\xc2\xb7 Assist with HR and administration-related tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and general office management.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements, including taxation, employment, and data privacy.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and drive business growth.

\xc2\xb7 Monitors office staffs\' work performance. Coach subordinates on important aspects of work performance, and where appropriate recommends development plans promotion or further improvement in areas of poor performance.

\xc2\xb7 Assist to director for decision making and problem solving on daily operation tasks to ensure smooth operation of company.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Candidates must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 Result-oriented with experience in budgeting and forecasting.

\xc2\xb7 Able to communicate with all levels of employees.

\xc2\xb7 Strong time management, organization, analytical, and leadership skills.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with cross-functional collaboration at many levels.

\xc2\xb7 Resourceful and independently with proactive approach to problem-solving.

\xc2\xb7 Good command and written of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in handling Microsoft Office system (computer literate).
