The Accounts Officer shall be responsible for the below:
To fully take charge of accounts payable and general ledger processes.
To handle issuance of statutory and non-statutory payments.
Engage with auditors and tax agents as necessary.
Provide financial information and analysis to assist with decision-making.
To prepare monthly provisions and journals.
Assist Finance Executive/Manager in any other matters in relation to accounting including daily accounting administrative matters, finalization of accounts and statutory compliance, etc.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
Able of carrying out any additional duties as assigned by a manager from time to time.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate cash flow management.
