Your Job: The successful incumbent is involved in the Procure-To-Pay cycle particularly Accounts Payable processes and functions. This typical operational role needs to be accurately processed all block invoices and clear GRIR in a timely manner, meeting targeted KPI and SLA in accordance with the company policies and procedures. As this role is more senior, the expectation for this position will be broader, in-depth, and should be able to lead a smaller group of team members by providing training, coaching, and advice for a process. Familiarize with current system, new system, or any new tax rate implementation and need to be involved in UAT Testing and working with ITS team to troubleshoot the problem and till resolution or a system implementation. key role in the successful interaction between Procurement team, local team, P2P processes, processes within GBS, and vendors to ensure efficiency in a process. These are critical services that will bring significant implications in business performance & service delivery. For compliance, key interaction with an auditor to ensure SOX or local statutory compliance were adherent and met. Driven by You Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

• Investigate dispute invoices and clear GRIR in balances within an agreed timescale.
• Attend queries from Query Team, responsible & accountable on issue resolution for daily operation
• Performing month-end reporting and meeting deadline
• Ensuring appropriate internal controls in place.
• Support backup plan & ad-hoc tasks.
• Support and execute continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to streamline existing accounts payable processes.
• Perform analysis & troubleshoot exceptions to drive KPI results and update team leader on a monthly basis
• Assist in process improvement for AP projects when it is needed.
• Constantly providing feedback towards AP Process with improvement idea.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different functions/departments
• Provide coaching to new joiners or existing team members
• Attending stakeholders service delivery meeting
• Main contact with OPEX team to ensure key KPI requirement was published correctly
• Help to drive process standardization and value creation for a process tower

• Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting Field

  • Degree with 4-5 years of AP experience

  • Good command of verbal and written English

  • Able to handle tight deadlines, work independently, coaching team members

  • Experienced in using SAP system

  • Experienced in leading or supporting process improvement projects

• Desired Skills:

  • Experienced in using SAP system

  • Experience in using Data Analytical tools e.g Power BI, Celonis data mining
