Open Position: Executive (Continental Car Automotive Industry)
A reputable Continental Car Automotive Industry is currently hire for Accounts Payable, Executive to join them and be based in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Having a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Banking / Finance / Accounting or etc
- Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Account Payable
- Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
- Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements and etc
- Provide relevant support, perform and assist in month-end closing procedures
- Excellent communication skills and good time management
