Job Description
\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of end-to-end cycle of Accounts Payables (Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Payments, Vendor Master and T&E
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all teams deliverables are completed in due time and compliant to relevant standards and policies and reported accurately
\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance to all SLA and KPI targets Knowledge of various ERPs\xe2\x80\x99- SAP, MS Office, Advanced Excel
\xc2\xb7 Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
\xc2\xb7 Handle internal reporting, adherence to SLAs
\xc2\xb7 Handle quality control and audits
\xc2\xb7 Exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets on Teams TAT and Accuracy
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated proactive, positive conflict resolution skills.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communicator at all levels
\xc2\xb7 Intellectual curiosity, appetite to do things better and proactive nature.
\xc2\xb7 Language \xe2\x80\x93 Mandarin. B.Com, M.Com /Post Graduate degree in Finance or Accounting
\xc2\xb7 3-7 years of professional experience in Accounts Payables
\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of Finance and accounting processes. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month Schedule:
