Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking for Accounts Receivable Process Improvement Expert (Project Involvement) across AR & WIP

Job Responsibilities

• Support the company in a range of project (process improvement, optimisation, migration, Transition) on Accounts Receivable / Billing / WIP tasks
• Provide detailed analyses and deliver sustainable and supportable solutions and/or automation to process breakdown in the Finance & Accounting service line and supporting functions
• Working with functional leads and other key stakeholders to design and implement target operating model.
• Designing practical and effective solutions to address improvement opportunities - both cost and performance
• Supporting project management office and change management initiatives.
• Support and assist projects across different work streams to ensure timely, effective and efficient attainment of key milestones and deliverables.
• Identify, track and remediate risks and issues.
• Monitor and track status of deliverables, milestones and action plans by action owners.
• Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders on project status.
• Ensure project documentations are properly documented and updated in a timely manner.
• Support ad-hoc projects assignments.

Main Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, with Operational AR experience in SAP. Candidates with AR process improvement experience will be advantageous
• Operational AR candidates with SSC / international MNC background is welcome to apply
• Experience in project management, e.g. assist in drafting project plan, track and remediate risks and issues and manage deadlines.
• Someone who is innovative with critical thinking
• Excellent analytical thinking skills with the initiative to voice out opinion
