PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively manage global forwarding division Accounts receivable to achieve best in class KPIs
• Work with the legal department on appropriate legal proceeding for defaulting accounts
• Credit risk management and monitoring for the entire division
• Accurate and timely reporting of working capital management
• Work closely with Center of Excellence and Assist in various working capital management projects
• Manage all account receivable activities globally.

Qualifications
Skills essential for the job

• Sound working knowledge in MS office, specially advanced proficiency in use of Excel (up to level of Macro) and Power BI
• Finance ERP systems such as Cargowise 1 and Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end of OTC process.
• Detail oriented, positive thinking, willingness to learn & problem-solving skills. Able to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
• Team Oriented (collaboration & shared accountability) and able to perform under pressure or opposition in a manner acceptable to the organization.
• Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, or customers and able to influence outcomes across functions and with internal and external stakeholders.
