Job Description
Location: Subang Jaya LRT nearbys:Mission & role of the functionAssist Accounts Receivable Supervisor to manage a team of subordinates to capture and produce accurate information with regards to Functions: Sales (Credit, Inter-Company, Refundable Cash Sales) Operations, Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit Control, Finance and Reporting on a timely and accurate basis.:
- Ensure timely reconciliation of Accounts Receivable (AR) with the General Ledger when assigned.
- Follow consistent accounting procedures and internal controls for AR processes.
- Complete monthly closing tasks for assigned regions, areas, or products on time.
- Make sure all month-end tasks are finished before closing the month.
- Generate invoices and issue monthly statements accurately and on time.
- Work with auditors to prepare Debtors\' confirmations and account reconciliations for reporting.
- Handle Credit/Debit Notes, receipt entries, and cash reconciliation with the Cash Management team.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.
- Reconcile Delivery Orders from all plants/quarries and track discrepancies for audits each month.
- Always follow company policies and directives.
