Job Description

Job Responsibility Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including data entry, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable processing, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance. Responsible for accurately recording financial transactions and maintaining up-to-date and organized financial records. Prepare and analyze financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies. Collaborate closely with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any bookkeeping-related inquiries or issues. Utilize Xero software to manage client accounts efficiently and accurately. Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in financial records, using problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting standards. Job Requirements Diploma / Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field. At least 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Fluency in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential to support regional clients. Organized and structured to execute tasks as per deadlines (essential) Proficiency in Xero accounting software is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
