What you need to do:

Source, select and invite authors with quality works that meet requirements laid out by the Company (especially, no plagiarism and not in any exclusive agreements).
Ensure the selected authors\xe2\x80\x99 books have not been published/transformed/made into audio/audiobook on any audio platforms by doing research.
Collect authors\xe2\x80\x99 personal data and ensure the data collected is correct and updated.
Communicate with authors to make sure they are willing to edit manuscripts upon request and based on the standard required by the editor, and upload the edited manuscripts on the link provided in a timely manner.
Responsible for the signing of agreement with selected authors.
Collect description of the story from authors according to the guidelines provided.

The ideal person we are looking for:

Must be able to speak, read and write in fluent Malay and English.
Heavy user/lover of web novels, familiar with the writing style and content features.
Possess a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or currently majoring in literature, journalism, communication or other related fields.
At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in publishing or related fields.
