Job Description

:

• Provide and execute creative direction for PLC's video multimedia projects by guiding & overseeing the work of non-executive video editors, interns, photographers, and creative agencies, to ensure alignment to PLC brand in all PLC video collaterals and media platforms.
• Provide guidelines & advisory to PLC peeps to ensure consistency of PLC brand applications
• Plan & execute video production which includes operating video cameras and related equipment for
• Plan, produce and manage video post-production including scene selection, editing, media elements, conversion & duplication) for PLC video projects.
• Plan and manage video equipment & needs like computers, editing software, subscriptions etc.
• Plan and schedule assignment of production projects/duties to non-executive video editors, interns, and photographers (if required) by coordinating pre and post production video activities to ensure optimisation of resource and efficient production schedule.

• Degree/ Advance Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Computer Animation and/or Interactive Multimedia Design.

• Proven work experience of 10 years as a video editor (freelance or professional), preferably in media/advertising industry
• Familiar and adept in using editing software like i.e Lightworks, Adobe Premie, After Effect, Final Cut and/or Cinema 4D
• Familiarity with Mac and Windows based platform.
• Intermediate video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Creative mind and storytelling skills.
• Good time management, motivation and continuity
• Good personality and communication skills
• Ability to work methodically, collaboratively and meet deadlines
• Able to give and receive constructive feedback
