- Identify and acquire new retail service station land for development of Dealer Owned Service Stations (DOSS).
- Lead and advise potential service station landowners and dealers on the requirements and specifications in building service stations.
- Build and maintain a network of potential landowners, service station dealers and related government bodies.
- Screen and assess landowners and potential service station dealers in terms of competency and financial capability.
- Proactively coordinate with various business support groups and service station dealers to ensure service stations are ready for business.
- Manage tight project timelines and ensure the Acquisition Team delivers on group stewarded KPIs.
- Bachelor Degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Business Administrative, and other relevant disciplines with CGPA >3.00.
- Preferably 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communications, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and people management skills for both lateral and upward interfaces in the company and external parties.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
