We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Happiness department and help us grow our team. The responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles. You will help us hire the right talent within the given time frame. Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our various positions. Key Responsibilities : Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position\xe2\x80\x99s requirements. Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms. Lead the process by providing support to hiring managers by screening, selecting, and interviewing candidates. Organize and participate in job fairs and events and lead employer branding initiatives. Possess specialized skills and qualifications to screen technical/non technical resumes . Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions). Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates. Promote a positive working environment and be available to employees and management as needed to enhance the candidate experience. Create job offer letters and onboard new hires. Requirement : Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree Proven work experience as a Recruiter Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Google meet) Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical as well as non technical roles Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills Strong attention to detail and care deeply about quality experience Ability to multitask, appropriately prioritize and work in a fast paced and frequently changing Ability to work with diverse people and cultures People friendly personality
