Plan, organize, and execute brand activations, events, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, creative, logistics) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Manage event schedules, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Oversee setup, operations, and dismantling of activations and events.
Ensure brand guidelines and objectives are met in all activation touchpoints.
Track campaign performance, collect feedback, and prepare post-activation reports.
Handle on-ground issues and provide quick solutions to ensure successful delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Support the marketing team in brainstorming and developing creative activation ideas.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least SPM or Higher.
1-3 years & above work experience
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Chinese will be added advantage
