Job Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day insight and analysis of the websites\xe2\x80\x99 yield and inventory. Utilize all available tactics in an effort to generate the most possible revenue for publishers (website owners).

:

• Focus on assisting publishers in maximizing the website\xe2\x80\x99s revenue through placing digital ads from various advertising partners/demand vendors on the website itself.
• Proactively manage and optimize the website\'s revenue by evaluating and analyzing performance of different advertising vendors and ad placements across multiple channels/platforms.
• Ideas contribution and recommendations on maximizing the website\'s ad revenue.
• Demand vendors / Advertising partners recruitment and management.
• Troubleshoot issues involving digital ad tagging, ad slot placement, ad performance, ad testing, and so on.
• Prepare reporting and analysis on advertising partners as well as ad placement performance.
• Set up and manage digital ad campaigns running on the website.
• You are required to be good in calculations / mathematics and analytical skills.
• You\'re going to be looking at a lot of data, so you need to be comfortable with navigating through and combining data sets.
• Perform A/B testing to measure strategies and product success.
• Document process and develop workflows to assist future teammates.
• Some of the tools you will be using on a daily basis are Google Ad Manager (GAM), Google AdSense and Google Analytics hence experience in these platforms are added advantages.

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma in Mathematics, Statistics, Advertising/Marketing, Computing and IT, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English language; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proactive and results-oriented.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Highly self-motivated and well-organized.
• Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
