Job Responsibilities
General administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation)
Basic accounting support (invoices, payment records, simple bookkeeping)
Assist with company operations and coordination
Simple social media posting (FB/IG/TikTok)
Preparing reports, typing letters, and handling customer inquiries
Supporting daily office workflow
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration, Accounting, or related fields
Basic accounting knowledge (training provided)
Computer literate (MS Office, email, WhatsApp)
Able to communicate well in English & Malay
Responsible, organised, positive attitude, willing to learn
Social media posting experience is a bonus
Working Hours
Monday - Friday
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
(Saturday half day only if required)

Tanggungjawab Kerja
Menguruskan tugas-tugas pentadbiran harian (fail, dokumen, data entry)
Menyediakan invois, rekod pembayaran, dan tugasan asas perakaunan
Membantu dalam operasi harian pejabat
Membuat posting media sosial ringkas (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok)
Menyediakan laporan, menaip surat dan mengurus pertanyaan pelanggan
Menyokong pengurusan dalam tugas-tugas pejabat
Syarat Kelayakan
Minimum SPM / Diploma dalam Admin, Akaun atau bidang berkaitan
Pengetahuan asas perakaunan (latihan akan diberikan)
Mahir komputer (MS Word, Excel, email)
Boleh berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam Bahasa Melayu & Inggeris
Bertanggungjawab, kemas, berdisiplin & mempunyai sikap positif
Pengalaman membuat posting media sosial adalah satu kelebihan

Sabtu (setengah hari jika diperlukan)
