support daily office operations and basic accounting tasks. Handling filing, data entry, and office supplies. Assist with invoices, payments and financial records. Helps ensure smooth office workflow and accurate accounts. Aims to keep things organized and support the team.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to Account department.
Assist in preparing invoice, payment vouchers and any other account documents.
Manage filing system for both admin and accounting records.
Handles phone calls, emails, scheduling and internal communication efficiently.
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and errands as assigned by management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as Admin & Account Assistant in Automotive Industry.
Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
Attention to details and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Experience with accounting software such as SQL is an advantage.
Prefer candidates to be fluent in English & Malay. Mandarin is an advantage.
