Administration / Account Assistant

Your Role:

As an

Administration/Account Assistant

, you will be the backbone of our office, ensuring efficiency and seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Office Management: Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including maintaining supplies, managing mail, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Administrative Support: Providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. Data Management: Maintaining accurate records, managing databases, and ensuring data integrity. Communication & Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and faxes. Procurement: Managing office supplies and coordinating with vendors. Documentation: Keeping accurate filing systems, and ensuring all company documents are well maintained.
We're Looking For:

Proven experience in an administrative role Fresh graduate without experience also welcome. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. [Optional: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.] [Optional: Experience with specific software or systems relevant to the industry.]
