Take charge of daily workshop operations, lead a skilled team, and ensure every repair meets the highest standards of quality and safety. From managing jobs and inventory to solving customer concerns, you'll be the driving force behind a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused workshop.
Responsibilities:
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare, update, and file documentation, reports, and presentations to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.
assist with account related activities.
Dealer Relationship Management:
Assist in maintaining and managing relationships with dealers.
Support communication and follow-up activities with dealers to strengthen partnerships.
Data Management:
Collect, organize, and analyze data related to retail performance, dealer operations, and market trends.
Provide insights to support strategic planning and reporting.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration/operations (experience in the automotive industry is an advantage).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
