Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh grads are welcomed to apply.
  • Computer literate such as Microsoft Office and experience in administrative will also be considered
  • Required skill(s): accounting, customer service.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently / team and proactive.
  • Proficiency in English, able to speak Mandarin is an additional point.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Responsibilities
  • Assist accountant to prepare payments to vendors and claims
  • Monitoring utility and office maintenance
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
  • Responsible in office administration
  • Organise and maintain all documents in a proper manner
  • Responsible to collect, sorting and distribute letter, postings (stamps and deliveries)
  • Maintain and purchase of office supply, stationery and etc
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
